Liverpool Science Centre (LSC) is now available in the UK providing clean room facilities and wet laboratory space for hire, supporting Scientific Research and Manufacturing in the UK and the R&D community in the North West Region.

LSC Offers fully serviced high quality clean rooms and/or laboaratory space together with associated support and office areas for short or long term leases. The Centre is within a landscaped and secure environment with 24 hour security and car parking for up to 400 cars.

Clean rooms are highly designed specialist facilities and to be able to provide them for hire offers unique opportunities not only for Liverpool but for the region and UK.

The facility offers the flexibility to provide Cat2 labs or clean rooms, wet chemistry labs or space to support R&D and scientific manufacturing.

With Government cut backs and reduction in funding it is very exciting that a private Investment company is willing to invest and support Liverpool to bring life back in an area that offers many opportunities and close links to leading R&D companies, Universities, The National Biomanufacturing Facility, The National Blood Service Centre and Liverpool Scientific communities.
