Elizabeth Halliday, Managing Director

Elizabeth formerly a R&D scientist pursued a highly successful career within the Pharmaceutical industry, establishing a wide range of expertise and knowledge in:-

• Strategic Real estate optimisation and utilisation and regeneration;
• Innovative concept design in laboratories and office facilities;
• Facilities management with specialised knowledge of science facilities;
• Project management and facility delivery on >USD 500 millions of capital projects in UK and USA.

Elizabeth has also been involved in the development &implementation of global information systems that include capital asset management, CAFM and IWMS web based information portals. She has supported development and delivery of complex databases and FM business processes. Elizabeth is a member of a number of Industry professional organisations and has been invited to present at many conferences in Europe & USA.

Barrie Broadbent, Director, Operational Strategy

Barrie has extensive global business management experience that stems from a long and highly successful career with a leading Swiss Multi-National Corporation. His Career highlights included a 4 year expatriation to the Far East, based in Singapore during which he was responsible for regional marketing. After returning to Europe he became Managing Director of one of the UK’s operating divisions as well as becoming a member of UK group management. His career path then took him into global business unit management being based in Basle, Switzerland. As global business head his responsibilities included marketing/sales, product management, production, R&D and finance. During his last assignment he led a global business with sales of US$ 600 and 500 employees world wide.
